Using your mobile app, navigate to the dependent detail screen. Tap the New K12 Report Card button.

Complete all of the required yellow fields, and any applicable optional fields in white. Tap the field to access the menu of selectable options and / or a keyboard for open text fields.

Tap the Submit button to submit the K12 Report Card.
