A Mother / Father Contact Reminder is an email distributed to case managers and supervisors based on the following rules and date ranges. If the Mother / Father contact reminders are enabled, visits with each individual parent are to be completed for children in Out-of-Home Care with a goal of reunification for parents not TPR’d.

When Are Mother / Father Contact Email Reminders Sent?
The Lead Agency can set the reminder date range. The reminder date range is based on the days since the last visit. By default the range is set to submit reminders when the days since the last visit are between the 27th day and the 30th day.
What If No Visit is Found on File?
If there is no last visit found on file for a parent requiring a visit, a reminder will go out.
How Often Are Mother / Father Contact Email Reminders Sent?
The reminders will be submitted every day for each parent until the visit occurs.
