Logging in requires several things.
- You must know your userid
- You must have a password (or you can set one initially)
- You must know the URL in which to sign in
Userid: Your userid is always your email addressed as issued by your Lead Community Based Care agency. If you do not have an active Mindshare account, the system will indicate so when you attemp to log in. If this occurs, please contact your CBC representative or send and email to support@mindshare-technology.com.
Password: Your password is initially set by the Mindshare administrator and can be provided to you over the phone by technical support. However, if you have not been given your password, that is ok. You can always set your password at the login screen.
