What Should I Do When a Worker Leaves the Agency?

If you are a User Administrator of Mindshare at your agency, you may be wondering what steps to take regarding Mindshare system access for employees whose employment is terminated (whatever the reason).

 

When a worker leaves the employment of your agency, Mindshare recommends that you delete the user's account.
