Why can't I take a picture using mobile app? The camera comes up, but it is black screen.


Answer: Modify your camera settings by going to SETTINGS, then PRIVACY. Scroll down and click on CAMERA. Locate the CaseWorker app and ensure the button is enabled (green). Return to your CaseWorker app and resume taking the photo. Watch this 1 minute video that shows you how to modify your camera settings.
